The Job You Will Perform:

• We are looking for motivated individuals who are capable of performing a multitude of maintenance lead functions in a flexible, fast-paced production environment.
• Our workplace requires individuals who understand the needs of the business while maintaining a focus on safety, customer satisfaction, quality and productivity.
• Specific responsibilities include leading all aspects of the maintenance department, to include: maintenance crewing (electrical and mechanical), repair/maintenance of production equipment to optimize machine reliability, preventive maintenance initiatives, on-going equipment troubleshooting and repair of machines as well as managing parts/service sourcing including onsite contractors.
• Candidates must be willing to work alternative shifts, weekends and overtime as required.
• The hiring process for successful candidates will include a pre-employment aptitude test and team interview.

The Skills You Will Bring:

• Qualified candidates must possess a NFPA 70E electrical certification or degree.
• Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Minimum qualifications for consideration are a high school degree (or equivalent experience) and 2-5 years of maintenance lead experience with at least 2 years with the same employer.
• Candidates for consideration should have troubleshooting skills in industrial, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical failures and the aptitude to correct those failures.
• Accurately completing administrative documents and following directions are important work traits.
• Candidates must demonstrate technical experience, reliability and the ability to work independently.
• Candidates for this position must also be well versed in various computer systems (word, outlook, excel, etc.) and have experience in entering and maintaining PO’s, maintenance work orders and PM’s for the Dothan Facility.
• Successful candidates will possess strong leadership and organizational skills while also assisting the maintenance techs, as well as performing regular maintenance tasks on the floor on a daily basis.
