Field Manager for 7on7 Football Tournament

Job Summary
You will be working as a Field Manager for our Prep Redzone 7on7 Tournament on Saturday and Sunday, January 31st-February 1st at Hoover Met Multi-Purpose Field in Hoover, AL. You will be paid $18 an hour via direct deposit. Responsibilities and Duties
The Field Generals will be in charge of maintaining order during the game and ensuring the rules are enforced properly. If there is a dispute on the interpretation of a rule - the field manager can act as a liaison between the ref and the coach to make sure the rules are enforced properly. Each field manager would get a copy of the rules prior to the tournament. There will also be a rule sheet at each of the fields for reference. Qualifications and Skills
- Experience coaching at the High School or College Level.
- Punctuality and attention to detail is a must.
- Workers will be paid via check by mail or direct deposit
- Complimentary Staff Shirt
