Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Previous experience in school settings or with K-12 student populations preferred
- Strong understanding of positive behavior support, functional behavior assessment, and development of behavior intervention plans
- Familiarity with Tier 3 intervention strategies
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a manageable caseload of 25-30 students, providing targeted behavioral analysis and support
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and related service providers to ensure the success of each student
- Deliver professional development and guidance to school staff on behavior management best practices
- Maintain accurate, timely records and comply with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Utilize data-driven methods to monitor student progress, adjust interventions, and report outcomes
