Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Join a dedicated educational team in Pell City, Alabama, as a full-time School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 20252026 school year. This contract position offers an opportunity to support K-12 students in developing their communication skills and overcoming speech and language challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and provide individualized therapy for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student achievement
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state regulations
• Participate actively in IEP meetings as part of a multidisciplinary team

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Alabama SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows will receive mentorship and support
• Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) with current Alabama licensure also encouraged to apply
• Strong passion for working with school-aged children and supporting their communication needs
