Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop high-quality visual assets that strengthen brand identity and enhance user engagement across digital and traditional marketing channels. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, responsive web design, and user experience best practices.
Job Description
- Design and produce high-quality, brand-consistent creative assets for digital, print, web, and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure all visual materials align with established brand standards and messaging.
- Create graphics, layouts, presentations, promotional materials, and other visual content to support business objectives.
- Apply responsive design principles to create engaging, intuitive, and accessible digital experiences.
- Develop visual concepts that enhance website usability, user engagement, and overall customer experience.
- Collaborate on digital projects to ensure designs meet modern web and mobile standards.
- Partner with marketing, commercial, technical, and business stakeholders to understand project goals and translate requirements into effective visual solutions.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, creative reviews, and project planning discussions.
- Manage multiple projects while balancing deadlines and changing priorities.
- Present creative concepts, design strategies, and visual recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
- Clearly explain design decisions and demonstrate how creative solutions support business objectives.
- Incorporate user insights, feedback, and performance data to refine and improve designs.
- Iterate on creative concepts based on stakeholder input and evolving project needs.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve user engagement and visual effectiveness.
Skills Required
- Proven experience in graphic design, visual communications, or a related creative field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across digital, web, and print design projects.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, or similar tools).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and user experience (UX) best practices.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, engaging visual communications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing for B2B, industrial, manufacturing, or technical industries.
- Familiarity with web design tools, content management systems, and digital marketing platforms.
- Understanding of user research, usability principles, and data-driven design improvements.
Education
- Hi ghschool diploma or GED
Salary
- $20 - $25 per ho ur (Compensation is offered based on experience, skills, and market factors)
