Join Sunbelt Staffing as a Registered Nurse (RN) on a rewarding 13-week home health contract in Andalusia, AL . This full-time role follows a Monday through Friday schedule (8:00 AM 5:00 PM) with light weekend and on-call rotation (about once per month). Were looking for an experienced RN with strong clinical skills, recent home health expertise, and familiarity with OASIS assessments and Homecare Homebase (HCHB) documentation.

• Client: Nationwide Home Health Agency
• Location:Andalusia, AL, and surrounding areas
• Hours: Full-Time, Scheduled 40 hours per week, 32 hours guaranteed
• Productivity: 25 per week, between 30-35 visits per week
• Mileage: .49c visit to visit, 150-250 miles per week expected
• Compensation: Negotiated directly with client based on experience, and territory budget; hourly pay - not by visit; blended pay packages available for travelers; weekly pay

Job Duties:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to geriatric patients in their homes
• Conduct thorough assessments using Oasis documentation
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications, wound care, and other prescribed treatments
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient needs are met
• Educate patients and their families on disease processes and self-care techniques
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Homecare Homebase
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards and protocols

Requirements:

• Active Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Active American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification
• At least 1 year of home health experience with geriatric patients
• Proficiency in Oasis and Homecare Homebase
• Reliable transportation
• Completion of Joint Commission onboarding standards upon offer
