What You'll Do
As part of our service team, you'll work alongside experienced technicians to inspect, maintain, and repair construction equipment. You'll receive hands-on training while developing the skills needed to become an independent field or shop technician.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform preventative maintenance, including filter and fluid changes.
- Install and replace rubber tracks and undercarriage components.
- Assist with inspections and repairs on heavy equipment.
- Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems with guidance from experienced technicians.
- Use diagnostic tools and service manuals to identify equipment issues.
- Maintain accurate service records and complete work safely and efficiently.
- Keep a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area.

What we’re looking for:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a genuine desire to learn.
- Mechanical experience through work, school, military, farming, automotive, diesel, or personal projects.
- Equipment experience is preferred but not required .
- Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and willingness to be coached.
- Ability to lift, bend, climb, and work in both shop and field environments.
- Hands-on training with experienced technicians.
