Long’s Human Resource Services is hiring a Sales Support & Marketing Assistant for a growing company in Saraland, AL . This role provides administrative, sales support, and customer service assistance to territory managers and internal departments.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, customer interaction, and supporting sales operations in a professional office environment.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay: $18 per hour
Location: Saraland, Alabama

Key Responsibilities

• Provide sales and administrative support to territory managers and internal teams
• Set up new customer accounts and maintain accurate records
• Assist with onboarding territory managers and internal account setup
• Generate regional sales reports and maintain territory files
• Manage product information and sales documentation
• Assist customers with B2B, e-commerce, and EDI setup
• Support customers with co-op advertising and incentive programs
• Assist with online portal registration and navigation
• Answer switchboard calls and provide general office support
• Coordinate occasional meetings and maintain office supply inventory

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of administrative, sales support, or office experience
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong data entry and organizational skills
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Experience handling confidential information
• Professional, detail-oriented, and team-oriented mindset
