About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-driven and collaborative Software Integration Project Coordinator to join our team. This role bridges the gap between technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders—ensuring software systems are integrated smoothly, on time, and with minimal disruption. You’ll manage timelines, track deliverables, and serve as the communication hub for multiple integration projects.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end software integration projects, from planning to post-launch support
Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and status updates
Collaborate with internal IT, development, and operations teams to align requirements and resources
Act as the primary liaison with external vendors, consultants, and software providers
Track issues, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution or escalation
Maintain detailed project documentation (requirements, test cases, user guides, etc.)
Support UAT (user acceptance testing), data validation, and go-live activities
Provide regular progress updates to leadership and stakeholders
Qualifications
1-3 years of project coordination or project management experience, preferably in IT or software integration
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset
Preferred:
Experience coordinating ERP, CRM, or financial system integrations (e.g., NetSuite, ServiceTitan, Salesforce, etc.)
Familiarity with integration concepts (APIs, middleware, ERP/CRM systems, etc.)
