Job Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a dependable and flexible Childcare Teacher Full-Time Support to assist across our early childhood education center. This role supports daily classroom operations, helps maintain a safe and engaging learning environment, and provides coverage where needed throughout the day. The ideal candidate enjoys working with young children, is team-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced early learning environment . Key Responsibilities
- Support teaching staff with daily classroom activities and routines .
- Assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and organized learning environment .
- Supervise children during play, learning activities, meals, and transitions .
- Provide classroom coverage and support where needed.
- Assist with preparing learning materials and classroom setup .
- Help ensure smooth daily operations across the center .
- Support teachers with end-of-day organization and cleanup as needed .
- Maintain positive communication with staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment .
- High School Diploma or equivalent required .
- Experience working with young children or in a childcare setting preferred .
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills .
- Flexible and able to assist in different classroom environments as needed .
- Reliable, patient, and supportive when working with children.
- Experience in a childcare center, preschool, or early learning environment .
- Understanding of early childhood development and play-based learning .
- Ability to support structured routines and classroom transitions .
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
