Experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 / hour
• Part Time work available
• First Shift

• •Keeping financial records organized and up-to-date
• •Record and categorize accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions from bank statements. Processing Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
• •Reconciling bank statements using bank feeds
• •Generating financial reports that help businesses make smart decisions
• •Managing financial details for multiple clients with accuracy and care

Experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper Qualifications:

• •2–3+ years of solid bookkeeping experience
• •Strong understanding of accounting principles•QuickBooks expertise (a must!)
• •Experience with bank feeds and reconciliations
• •Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• •Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
