Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous experience in a school-based, pediatric, or healthcare SLP setting preferred
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for Alabama
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to students in 5th-12th grade
- Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support student goals
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individualized plans
- Maintain clear records of student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a bright, supportive school environment
