What Will You Do: As a Cashier Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a delightful dining experience. Your responsibilities will include: + Greeting and assisting customers with a friendly and positive attitude. + Taking customer orders and accurately inputting them into the POS system. + Prepping menu items provided by management as needed on a daily basis. + Assist with incoming deliveries and help to put items away. + Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the dining area, kitchen, and service stations. + Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. + Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. + Upselling menu items and promoting specials to enhance customer satisfaction and sales. Who We're looking for: + Previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not required. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. + Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change. General Requirements: + Lift and carry 50lbs+ on a repetitive basis, with the ability to reach, bend, and stoop frequently. + Consent to a pre-employment background check and drug screen. + Follow workplace safety policies and guidelines.
