Position Overview: Fleet Safety and Compliance Manager

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-driven Fleet Safety and Compliance Manager to lead safety initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance across our growing operations. In this key leadership role, you’ll oversee safety standards, manage compliance processes, and support driver operations across multiple markets. Key Responsibilities of a Fleet Safety and Compliance Manager:

• Implement and enforce driver safety policies and operational procedures across designated zTrip markets
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections, safety audits, and compliance reviews
• Maintain accurate records for driver certifications, background checks, drug screenings, and training completions
• Investigate vehicle incidents and accidents, prepare detailed reports, and lead corrective action plans
• Stay up to date on local, state, and federal transportation laws and regulations
• Collaborate with local operations teams to ensure consistent application of safety protocols
• Develop and deliver driver onboarding and ongoing safety training programs
• Serve as a liaison between drivers, management, and regulatory agencies to ensure clear and effective communication
