**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, using Allied Universal protocols and guidelines.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall location and along the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
+ Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or incidents discovered during patrols to the appropriate personnel.
+ Assist with controlling access to restricted areas and monitoring entry and exit points as required by site procedures.
+ Support emergency response efforts by following established protocols and communicating with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management as needed.
+ Maintain accurate and detailed records of incidents, patrols, and any interactions with the public or site personnel.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Able to ride a bike.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
