Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled HVAC maintenance technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The HVAC maintenance technician will diagnose and repair HVAC systems, perform routine maintenance tasks, and ensure that all work is completed safely and in compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities:

1. Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
2. Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
3. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and replacing filters, lubricating motors, and inspecting components.
4. Test HVAC systems to ensure they are functioning properly and efficiently.
5. Respond to service calls and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems.
6. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
7. Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
8. Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times.
9. Stay updated on the latest HVAC technology and industry trends.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Completion of an HVAC apprenticeship program or technical school training preferred.
3. HVAC certification or licensure required.
