Job DescriptionAs a Security Officer Patrol Driver Response in Stevenson, AL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and support access activity with strong customer service and communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. Bring your integrity, teamwork, and reliability to a role that puts people first.

- Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and/or emergency response support appropriate to the location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, loading zones, parking areas, and perimeter locations, noting unusual activity and helping to deter unauthorized access.
- Monitor entry and exit points for employees, visitors, and vendors, verify credentials as directed by site policies, and assist with visitor processing and delivery coordination.
- Support order at a manufacturing and industrial location by observing equipment areas, restricted spaces, and high-traffic zones for policy compliance and potential hazards, then communicating issues through appropriate channels.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
- A guard card and/or license is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
