Receiving Associate- Warehouse

We are hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Receiving & Put-Away Associate to join a small, fast-paced medical supply warehouse. If you take pride in staying organized, working accurately, and keeping operations running smoothly, this could be a great fit for you.
This role is critical to maintaining inventory accuracy, product organization, and efficient warehouse flow.
What You’ll Do:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders
- Inspect products for damage, expiration dates, lot numbers, and accuracy
- Label, scan, and properly identify incoming inventory
- Put away products into designated warehouse locations
- Maintain organized inventory and accurate location control
- Rotate stock using FIFO / FEFO procedures when needed
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
- Keep receiving and storage areas clean, safe, and organized
- Report damaged goods, shortages, or inventory issues to management
- Assist with order pulling, staging, and general warehouse duties as needed
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous warehouse, receiving, shipping, or inventory experience preferred
- Experience using barcode scanners or inventory systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to lift boxes and move equipment safely
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Team player with a positive attitude
