Licensed Insurance Producer - Farmers Insurance (Hybrid, Spanish Fort, AL)

This hybrid role offers flexibility to work locally while also attending training and mentorship sessions at our Mobile district office . Farmers® provides stability, brand recognition, and industry-leading training to help you succeed.
Responsibilities
- Assist Spanish Fort-area families and businesses with Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial coverage.
- Participate in University of Farmers® training and district-led mentorship in Mobile.
- Grow your client base through outreach in the Spanish Fort community.
- Provide ongoing service and support to customers.
Requirements
- Ability to obtain or maintain Alabama insurance licenses (P&C and Life/Health).
- Prior sales or business experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Motivation to grow into leadership and ownership opportunities.
