Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking a Senior Recruiter/Operations Leader that functions as a liaison between talent and client, driving full-cycle recruitment while driving customer success. This position blends hands-on recruiting expertise with high-level consulting, ensuring the organization attracts, engages, and hires top talent aligned with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for complex, high-impact, and hard-to-fill positions across multiple business units.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers, offering coaching on interviewing, selection, and candidate experience.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using proactive outreach, and talent pipelines.
• Champion inclusive hiring practices and ensure a consistent, equitable recruitment process.
• Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process improvements within the Talent Acquisition function.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse teams and clients across the light industrial space.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and pipeline management.
• Highly self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to operate effectively with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding recruitment goals and business development objectives.
• Exceptional client relationship management and account management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Compensation: $55k - $65K DOE
