We want to hear from you! EOS Defense Systems USA is a manufacturer of cutting edge, precise remote weapons stations. The Senior Field Service Representative (FSR) will support, train, maintain and repair EOS manufactured Remote Weapons Stations (RWS) in EOS facilities and deployed in the field by our Armed Service customers. The FSR will maintain, repair as necessary, make engineering changes and upgrades, and train operators as required. The successful incumbent will be an expert in the operation and firing of the weapon. The FSR will have the proven ability to conduct research and learn systems utilizing written references and manuals. This technician will regularly act as the face of EOS to potential and actual customers and the Soldiers, Marines and SOF Operators that will employ the systems. This is an on-site position.Responsibilities:Lead and supervise the training of service members and other customers on RWS operation and maintenanceLead resolution of advance for escalated RWS system issues (including multi-system integration problems)Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and technical oversight to FSR1 and FSR2Conduct system level testing, acceptance inspections, and field modificationsServe as primary technical interface with customers, engineering, and program managementDevelop and deliver advanced training curricula for both internal and end-usersIdentify recurring issues and recommend product improvements or service bulletinsLead CUAS simulation-based exercises, live scenarios, & threatsAbility to represent the company at high-level customer or industry eventsAbility to travel 45-50% domestic and internationally Basic Requirements:AS degree +4 years or6 years Military Exp or6 year prior FSR experience2+ years Formal military training or defense industry training development/instructor experience This is an on-site role; applicants must reside locally or be able to commute daily.Preferred:Counter Unmanned Aircraft Systems (CUAS) experience Experience troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis of complex mechanical systems Expert-level RWS system knowledge across all subsystems and configurationsExcellent mentoring, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skillsLicense/Clearance Required:Standard Driver's LicenseAbility to obtain and maintain a Security ClearanceValid (unexpired) PassportPhysical Requirements:Able to lift/carry equipment weighing 25+lbsRequires the ability to operate within offices and in field conditions for extended periods of time EOS Defense Systems is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, gender identification and sexual orientation) or national origin in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
