Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Certification and minimum 2+ years Surgical Tech / Operating Room Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

• Strong understanding of aseptic and infection control practices.
• Attention to detail and ability to remain composed in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.

Core Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain surgical instruments, equipment, and sterile fields before and during surgical procedures.
• Assist surgeons and nurses throughout operations, providing instruments and supplies as needed.
• Monitor and maintain a sterile environment at all times.
• Handle specimen collection and proper labeling as directed.
• Participate in the cleaning and restocking of operating rooms following each procedure.
• Accurately document patient care and support perioperative workflows.
