Overview:

HR Specialist – Athens, AL | $21.50–$30/hr | Full-Time

Onin Staffing is hiring an HR Specialist in Athens, Alabama!

We are looking for a detail-oriented, people-focused HR professional to join a growing team on 2nd shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM–3:00 AM , with overtime available .

This is a full-time opportunity with room for long-term growth and a great chance to get your foot in the door with a strong company.

Pay

$21.50–$30.00/hour
(based on experience)

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 6:00 PM–3:00 AM
• Overtime as needed

What You’ll Do

• New hire badging and onboarding
• Conduct new hire orientations
• Support HR documentation and teammate files
• Assist with attendance, policy communication, and employee relations
• Help with I-9s, onboarding paperwork, and compliance
• Partner with leadership on HR support for teammates
• Maintain organized and accurate employee records
• Assist with shift start processes and teammate support

What We’re Looking For

• Previous HR, onboarding, staffing, or administrative experience
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Comfortable handling confidential employee information
• Experience with orientations, badging, or onboarding is a plus
