You will connect with individuals who have requested information about benefit programs, schedule virtual consultations, and guide them through their available options.
Responsibilities
Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in learning about benefit programs
Schedule and conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
Explain available benefit options and assist clients through the enrollment process
Maintain accurate client information and digital records
Participate in weekly training sessions and coaching meetings
