Salary: $13-$16 per hour

We are a fast paced high volume Chiropractic office who has been family owned for 7+ years. We are well known in the Birmingham and surrounding areas for our compassionate staff and excellent customer service. We have a NO CELL PHONE POLICY. Cell Phones are not allowed to be seen on the floor or in front of patients. We want our patients to know that we care and customer service is very important. We also have a NO DRAMA policy. We need reliable caring team members to take care of patients and are looking to add an all-star team player to the team! Experience is highly preferred but not necessarily required. Once we check your references we will call you for a phone interview. If you are chosen as a top qualifying candidate for the job, you will then be asked to come for an in person interview with our office manager Morgan.

Job Description and Requirements

• MUST be a people person and enjoy interacting with patients
• MUST be a fast mover...we have a large office and an open therapy area and you have to be able to keep up with this fast paced environment
• MUST have a knack for keeping your workspace clean and tidy
• MUST be willing to follow instructions and training and learn the benefits of each service in our office
• Communicate with patients about the benefits of Chiropractic care and our additional services once trained.
• Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
• Takes some general diagnostic information including blood pressure, temperature, weight, and height and records this for the doctors use in the examination and treatment.
• Escort patients to exam rooms
• Controls the waiting room, attends to patient needs, and ensures the office runs on time
• Distributes educational information to patients as instructed by the chiropractor.
• Maintains organized files on all patients.
• Abides by HIPAA laws regarding sharing of personal medical information.
• Keeps the office clean and presentable, doing spot cleaning throughout the day and thorough cleaning at the end of each business day

Hours:

• Monday-Thursday: 8:30a-1:00p and 3:00p-6:00p,Friday: 8:30a-1:00p

Our state of the art facility is in Montgomery and consist of highly dedicated staff members who work for the benefit of our patients. We go the extra mile and treat patients like family whenever possible. We work closely and try to have fun as we help lots of patients.
