RESPONSIBILITIES
- Separate and clean all wares used in the Cafe and use correct handling procedures in washing
- Scrape all pans and pre-wash before putting into the washing machine (if there is no machine, wash pots by hand using prescribed amounts of soap and disinfectant) Operate a dish machine and pot-washing machines (when trained to do so)
- Ensure the complete satisfaction of each and every guest, through clean plate/silver/glass wares
- Ensure that all levels for sanitizer on dish machine and pot sinks are at a specific requirements for health standards
- Keep utensil rack, dish storage area, mop room, banquet area, dish closets and trash cans
- Air dry all wares before storing
- Dish team may also help keep storage areas clean
- Take out trash to the dumpsters
