As a Security Officer Entry Point in Brookwood, AL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and help support a secure and professional environment. This role combines visible presence, routine activity checks, and strong communication with a caring, people-first team that values agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and/or emergency response activities at an industrial location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and document visitor and/or vehicle activity to help support authorized access throughout the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around operational areas, parking areas, and perimeter points, noting conditions that may require attention or follow-up.
• Support access control operations by helping to deter unauthorized entry, maintaining accurate logs and reports, and reporting security-related concerns according to post instructions.

Minimum Requirements:

• At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
