Account Manager
What You'll Do:
- Drive sales: Consistently meet or exceed commercial vehicle sales quotas by developing new business opportunities, managing leads, and converting sales.
- Lead outreach efforts: Conduct offsite sales calls, cold-calling, and develop a robust social media/networking strategy to target potential commercial clients.
- Customer relationship management: Provide high-level customer service to ensure long-term satisfaction, handle concerns, and build strong client relationships.
- Sales management: Assist with deal structuring, pricing, and offer solutions based on client needs, including upfitting options and custom configurations.
- Accountability: Maintain accountability for meeting and exceeding sales targets, and manage the performance of the fleet department.
- Experience: At least 2 years of commercial sales or sales management experience, ideally in a large-volume dealership.
- Business acumen: A strong understanding of commercial sales processes and the ability to drive results with a focus on both long-term relationships and profitability.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: Self-driven with an entrepreneurial spirit and a keen ability to recognize opportunities and grow the business.
- Skills: Excellent communication, networking, and computer skills, along with experience utilizing social media and other tools to build relationships.
- Customer-first attitude: A dedication to providing outstanding service to customers, resolving concerns, and ensuring their long-term satisfaction.
- Salary + commission: Competitive compensation with an earning potential of $100,000 or more based on sales performance.
