We are looking for a QUICK MOVING, ENTHUSIASTIC, "NEAT FREAK" to join our team as a House "Mom"/Team Lead. Nights (up to 10:30pm) and rotating weekends are mandatory.

The House "Mom" understands what it means (and takes) to manage a household... aka... awesome Dessert Shop. (And has a deep seeded need to go above and beyond to make people feel happy and loved). When you get into your zone, you have the ability to orchestrate and incredibly successful shift. Your super hero abilities kick in to check and send out orders with accuracy, make sure the dessert looks "pretty." The House "Mom" understands that customers are the most important people in the world!

WHAT DOES A HOUSE MOM DO?

• Deliver ABSOLUTELY, AMAZING, & INCREDIBLE customer service
• Assemble beautiful food items our guests can't wait to devour
• Communicate pertinent information to higher level management
• Be mindful of how long orders are taking
• Adhere to safe food handling practices
• Hold the team accountable in complying with company standards
• Cashiering, packaging, decorating, and cleaning
• Maintain a SPARKLING CLEAN store/working environment
• Possible Cash handling and deposits
• Open/Close the store as needed
