Your Impact
- Assist with assembly tasks tied to finishing operations.
- Prepare parts for coating: clean, sand, and prime to spec.
- Apply finishes according to documented standards and procedures.
- Perform final checks to verify workmanship and conformance.
- Maintain a tidy, safe workspace and follow safety practices.
- Offer ideas to improve processes and throughput.
- Notify the lead technician of issues as they arise.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent and 1+ year of painting experience in a manufacturing environment; technical training is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with a quality-first mindset.
- Ability to handle a fast production tempo and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of paints, coatings, and application techniques.
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and methods.
