Responsibilities

• Review premium audit reports and billing information for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify policy information, payroll records, classifications, and supporting documentation.
• Process billing transactions, adjustments, and premium corrections.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies while maintaining accurate records.
• Communicate with internal departments, agents, and policyholders regarding billing and audit questions.
• Prepare reports and ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive financial and customer information.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in billing, premium auditing, insurance operations, accounting, or a related administrative role preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule & Pay

• 1st Shift
• $22.00–$24.00 per hour , based on experience
