Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years Stepdown RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Provide specialized nursing care in a Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit setting, supporting patients transitioning from intensive care or requiring close monitoring. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within a fast-paced environment that demands critical thinking and a compassionate approach.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patient conditions, recognizing subtle changes and initiating appropriate interventions
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies according to established protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and families about conditions, procedures, and post-discharge care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information and care provided
• Ensure adherence to infection control standards and hospital policies

Qualifications/Desired Experience:
