Service Business Development Center (BDC) Representative – Inbound Customer Support

What You’ll Do (Your Impact Matters!)

As a Service BDC Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers calling our service department—providing exceptional customer service, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring every customer has a seamless experience.

Your responsibilities include:

• Answer incoming service department calls promptly and professionally

• Assist customers with scheduling service appointments

• Answer customer questions regarding service needs, maintenance, and appointment availability

• Route calls to the appropriate department or team member when needed

• Communicate with Service Advisors and Management to ensure a smooth customer experience

• Maintain accurate customer information and appointment notes within our systems

• Follow up with customers regarding appointment confirmations when necessary

• Attend weekly team meetings and complete ongoing training

• Deliver exceptional customer service—every customer, every time

What We’re Looking For

• Previous BDC, customer service, receptionist, or call center experience is a plus (but not required!)

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Professional and friendly phone presence

• Excellent organization and attention to detail

• Comfortable using computers and CRM systems

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Positive, team-oriented attitude

• High School Diploma or equivalent
