Key Responsibilities

We're seeking a passionate Product Manager to help build the next generation of web3 domain infrastructure at Doma. You'll play a pivotal role in creating the best-in-class DeFi-ready registrar, bringing domains live on-chain and making web3 more accessible through seamless domain integration across the decentralized internet.

Product Strategy and Vision

• Develop and communicate a compelling product vision that aligns with D3’s mission to make web3 more accessible through domains


• Create and maintain strategic product roadmaps that balance user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility


• Drive the evolution of domain infrastructure to seamlessly work across Web3 and the next generation of the internet

Customer-Centric Product Development

• Conduct regular interviews and feedback sessions with internal and external customers to continuously improve and shape our products


• Listen to and analyze user feedback across multiple channels including Discord, support tickets, and community forums


• Translate customer insights into actionable product requirements and feature specifications

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with engineering and design teams to deliver exceptional user experiences


• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing, business development, and operations to ensure product success


• Work with technical teams to build robust, scalable DeFi-ready domain registration infrastructure

Data-Driven Decision Making

• Continuously seek out data and insight-driven opportunities for product enhancements


• Establish and monitor key product metrics and KPIs to measure success


• Use analytics tools to understand user behavior and identify optimization opportunities


• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy

Product Operations

• Manage and prioritize product roadmap and backlog using agile methodologies


• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for new features


• Coordinate product launches and go-to-market activities


• Maintain comprehensive product documentation and specifications

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (Advanced degree preferred)


• 3 - 5 years of professional product management experience


• US Time zone, ideally located in Los Angeles or San Francisco


• Proven track record of successfully launching digital products at smaller startups


• Strong understanding of web3, blockchain technology, and DeFi ecosystems


• Familiarity with domain name systems (DNS) and web infrastructure


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Self-motivated and adaptable, with eagerness to stay current on emerging technologies


• Comfortable translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences


• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments

Nice to Have

• Experience in domain name systems and internet protocols


• Prior experience in decentralized technology or web3 domains


• Background in the domain industry
