The Opportunity

As part of the Integration and Platform Architecture team, you will lead the development of innovative Pega solutions that drive business transformation. As a Manager, you will supervise and mentor technical teams, fostering the delivery of quality solutions while nurturing meaningful client relationships and navigating complex project landscapes.

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- At least 5 years of experience

- Demonstrating thought leadership in complex project requirements

- Designing scalable and secure Pega applications

- Managing project planning and resource allocation

- Exhibiting project management skills in risk and scope management

- Demonstrating proficiency in software delivery and development

- Engaging in software consulting and maintaining technical documentation

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
