We need someone with a deep understanding of the Real Estate industry, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to lead with confidence and enthusiasm. What You’ll Do: As an exceptional performer, you’ll excel in these areas:

• Leverage our proven recruitment process to recruit & train agents.
• Uphold the Core Values of ADT Realty.
• Foster a collaborative culture in order to build a strong & capable growth environment.
• Lead regular & consistent Agent meetings to drive alignment & motivation.
• Be a trusted advisor to your clients & your team, offering expert guidance & representation.
• We equip our Leaders and their teams with high-quality, company-generated leads to accelerate growth and performance.
• Leverage our proprietary training platform to accelerate your personal growth, while empowering others to succeed.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to promote properties
• Negotiate contracts and agreements
• Perform comparative market analyses to determine the current market value of a property
• Conduct inspections of properties
• Prepare and present offers and counteroffers
• Guide clients through the closing process
• Provide post-closing support to clients

Real Estate Broker Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or real estate preferred or at least three years of experience in real estate or sales
• Valid state-issued real estate license
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Knowledge of local market trends and pricing
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and real estate software
