Occupational Therapist (OT) – Home Health (PRN)
BrightStar Care | Spanish Fort, AL
PRN | Flexible Schedule
BrightStar Care of Spanish Fort is looking for a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our in-home therapy team.
Responsibilities Responsibilities:Provide in-home OT services
Focus on ADLs, safety, and independence
Create and update individualized treatment plans
Treat patients from evaluation through discharge
Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
Flexible scheduling
One-on-one patient care
Supportive leadership and clinical team
Easy electronic charting ( No OASIS )
Ongoing professional development
Active Alabama OT license
Valid driver’s license & auto insurance
Current CPR
1+ year OT experience preferred
