P&P Quality Engineer
The P&P Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring products and manufacturing processes consistently meet quality standards. This position supports product assurance, quality improvement initiatives, and new or ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform product and process audits to identify quality concerns.
- Manage non-conforming materials, products, and the quarantine area.
- Develop and maintain quality work instructions, alerts, and documentation.
- Train employees on product defects, quality standards, and proper work procedures.
- Conduct R&R, CPK, and MMK analyses to evaluate process performance.
- Identify and implement continuous improvements within quality processes.
- Prepare samples for testing, evaluation, and project requirements.
- Develop and update control plans and quality instructions.
- Coordinate and perform product and process testing.
- Work with production and project teams to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.
