DirectPath Recruiting Services is partnering with a growing manufacturer to add a Manufacturing Engineer to their team. This is a high-impact role supporting process development, continuous improvement, and campus-wide manufacturing operations.

Ideal for someone with a strong lean background and experience supporting plant expansions or manufacturing startups.

What You’ll Do

• Drive lean manufacturing initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and cost
• Develop and implement safe, scalable manufacturing processes
• Analyze plant performance and optimize facility layout and workflow
• Support new product launches and manufacturing industrialization
• Lead cost reduction and productivity improvement efforts (COGS focus)
• Provide technical support on methods, time studies, and labor optimization
• Lead or support capital projects ($1M+) and equipment implementation
• Ensure compliance with safety and engineering standards

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years in Manufacturing Engineering
• Strong lean / continuous improvement background (Six Sigma a plus)
• Experience with plant expansions, startups (greenfield/brownfield)
• Proficiency with SolidWorks and data analysis tools
• Background in fabrication, welding, assembly, or similar manufacturing environments
• Proven ability to lead projects and drive measurable results
