How You Will Make An Impact:
- Lead the technical execution and delivery of architectural projects from concept through construction
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across multiple offices to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Develop complete architectural designs, including systems, components, and detailed documentation
- Prepare project manuals, specifications, scopes, budgets, and schedules
- Coordinate project details and ensure alignment with client expectations and regulatory requirements
- Engage with clients, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Present design elements and contribute to project meetings and decision-making processes
- Manage multiple projects or project phases while maintaining deadlines and quality standards
Are you an experienced architect ready to make an impact on complex, multi-sector projects?
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant architectural experience
- Registered Architect or completion of NCARB program
- Strong proficiency in Revit Architecture and related design tools
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality documentation
- Experience across full project lifecycle including design, documentation, and construction phases
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work across diverse teams
- Proven ability to make sound decisions, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience working with civic, academic, or healthcare projects is highly preferred
