HealthYes Staffing is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a respected and growing regional health system located near Montgomery, Alabama area. We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Hematologist/Oncologist to join an established and expanding cancer care program. This position is open to graduating fellows from 2025 and 2026 classes, with J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship available.

Position Overview

The incoming physician will join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that includes experienced oncologists, nurse practitioners, and dedicated oncology support staff. The cancer program is well-integrated with surgical, pathology, and radiation oncology services, and offers comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic support.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat patients with hematologic and oncologic conditions

• Provide both inpatient consults and outpatient care in a clinic-based setting

• Collaborate with radiation oncology, surgery, and palliative care teams

• Participate in tumor boards, quality initiatives, and multidisciplinary care planning

• Optional opportunity to participate in clinical trials and teaching, if desired

Qualifications

• MD or DO with completion of U.S.-based Hematology/Oncology fellowship

• Board certified or board eligible in Hematology and/or Oncology

• Eligible for licensure in the state of practice

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• New grads (2025 & 2026) encouraged to apply
