Electrical Installer

We have an outstanding career opportunity for an Electrical Installer to join a leading Company located in the Montgomery, AL surrounding area.

The Electrical Installer performs electrical installations, repairs, and upgrades in residential and light commercial settings, ensuring compliance with local and national electrical codes. This role involves troubleshooting electrical systems and components, maintaining a clean andorganized work environment, documenting work performed and materials used, and communicating effectively with customers regardingjob progress and completion.

Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical installations, repairs, and upgrades in residential and light commercial settings while ensuring compliance with local and national electrical codes.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and components, communicate job progress and completion effectively with customers, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and accurately document all work performed and materials used.
• Communicate with co-workers, clients, vendors, and others in a courteous and professional manner.
• Keep management informed of activities and notify them of any significant problems
• Foster customer satisfaction through timely service delivery, effective issue resolution, and proactive communication with clients.
• Lead in adherence to the Code of Values.
• Communicate the standards to all associates.
• Use problem-solving skills to deal with issues as they arise.
• Ensure that the work area is clean, secure, and well maintained.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing other duties as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures during each client visit.
• Operate personal and company vehicles in accordance with Company policies and practices as well as motor vehicle laws.

Basic Hiring Criteria:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of electrical experience (residential or commercial),
• Strong understanding of NEC and local electrical codes.
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills.
• Must be insurable with a valid driver's license and clean driving record to drive a company vehicle.
• Employee must own or lease a vehicle and possess a valid driver's license with insurance coverage.
• Employee must be willing to travel to branch offices and client locations.
