Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Technicians to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will support the daily manufacturing and distribution of life-enhancing products. Working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, you’ll play a key part in ensuring production processes run smoothly, safely, and in full compliance with cGMP standards.

What You’ll Do
Operate and maintain manufacturing and distribution equipment in line with company policies and standard procedures.
Ensure products are manufactured and documented according to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
Accurately complete logs, reports, and records for process operations and preventative maintenance.
Follow all safety protocols while maintaining a clean and compliant work environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals.
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and take on additional duties as assigned.
What You Bring
High School Diploma or GED required.
2+ years of experience in a regulated manufacturing or pharmacy environment; experience with cGMP is a strong plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Comfort working in a cleanroom environment (ISO 8 Class) with appropriate PPE and gowning protocols, including use of PAPRs.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
8:30am-5:00pm $18-$22 per hour depending on experience
