We are looking for a full-time heavy equipment operator to join our small family business. Potential for career growth and advancement.
We are seeking a skilled heavy equipment operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background with machinery operation and maintenance, with the ability to diagnose and resolve minor mechanical issues efficiently. This role requires hands-on experience with heavy equipment and a commitment to ensuring the safety and reliability of our fleet.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine daily machine checks.
- Be able to unload customers using cranes, forklifts & other heavy equipment.
- Operate heavy equipment safely, including cranes, forklifts, etc., during maintenance activities..
- Sort and grade proper material.
Skills
- Excellent hand to eye coordination.
- Proficient in diagnosing potential mechanical problems.
- Strong spatial awareness and hand to eye coordination
- Ability to adapt a fast paced changing environment
