**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Software Tester or similar role.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
- Knowledge of automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
