Assembler Role – What You’ll Do:

As an Assembler, you’ll work alongside technicians to support the assembly of parts, subassemblies, and final products. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assembling components using hand and power tools, including bolts, screws, rivets, clamps, and more
• Supporting prototype and demo builds by following detailed product specifications
• Securing parts using brackets, hinges, clips, adhesives, or welds
• Preparing components for installation (cleaning, oiling, coating, etc.)
• Following work orders to assemble structural components accurately
• Using jigs, templates, and measuring tools to mark and align reference points
• Labeling or stamping identification marks onto parts
• Aligning subassemblies using blueprints and measurement instruments
• Inspecting parts for precise dimensions and alignment using standard gauges
• Safely disposing of materials like metal shavings and solvents
• Fabricating parts with shop tools and equipment
• Installing accessories and using specialized equipment such as swaging machines
• Swaging cable fittings and splicing seals or strands using bonding or clamping methods
• Trimming, cutting, bending, or smoothing parts for perfect fit and clearance

⚙️ Machine Operator Role – What You’ll Do:

As a Machine Operator, you’ll be responsible for the efficient and safe operation of production machinery, including:

• Setting up machines according to exact specifications
• Operating and monitoring equipment throughout the production process
• Inspecting finished products for quality and accuracy
• Performing routine maintenance and cleaning on machines
• Troubleshooting basic issues and escalating when needed
• Following all safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organized workspace
