Our client, a leader in manufacturing and precision engineering, is seeking a dedicated CNC Machinist to join their dynamic team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting the production process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: CNC Machinist - 2nd shift

Location: HUNTSVILLE, AL

Pay Range: $22.00-$24.00/hour

Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications
• Understand and interpret CNC programs and technical drawings
• Read and analyze technical drawings and specifications to ensure quality standards
• Use precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances
• Work effectively as part of a team, adhering to all company policies and safety procedures

What's Needed?

• Trade school training, mechanical background, or experience operating CNC machines preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments
• Strong understanding of machine shop mathematics
• Good verbal skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
