Wire Harness Assembler

We are seeking a skilled Wire Harness Assembler to join our team. You will play a critical role in assembling individual components into control systems and wiring harnesses, ensuring quality and precision in every task.

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and bills of material.
• Assemble individual components into control systems and wiring harnesses.
• Perform basic fabrication using hand tools such as wire crimpers and wire strippers.
• Label and organize parts for assembly.
• Assist with inventory control and packaging of completed systems.
• Prepare and reconcile shipping documents and UPS packages.

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Experience with hand tools and basic assembly processes.

• Previous electronics or mechanical assembly experience is a plus.

Work primarily involves manual assembly, with 80% sitting and 20% standing. The role requires extensive use of hand tools, so comfort with working with hands all day is essential. Enjoy a climate-controlled environment, working alongside a small, friendly team. The schedule is Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Madison, AL.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $23.00/hr.
