The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.\n\nBasic Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u0027s degree in Science with 5 Years in relevant field of study; 3 Years with Masters; 1 Year with PhD or 4 additional years in lieu of a degree.\n\n * Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need\n\n * 3+ year(s) of experience working Software Test, SW Development and/or Systems Engineering\n\n * 3+ year(s) of experience with Java, C++, Python\n\n * Experience writing test scripts\n\n * Understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile development methodology\n\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u0027s degree or higher in a Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited University/College with engineering related experience\n\n * Experience with IBM Rational tool suite (DOORS and Jazz)\n\n * Experience with Atlassian tool suite (JIRA, Git, Confluence)\n\n * Experience using software test automation tools/frameworks\n\n * Experience with test tool design\n\n * Strong verbal and written communication skills\n\n * Strong interpersonal skills\n\n * Strong analytical skills\n\n\n\n\n#SentinelSoftware\n\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $108,800.00 - $163,200.00\n\nThe above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate\u0027s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.\n\nDepending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
