Collecting, correlating, analyzing and acting on real-time telemetry data is at the heart of Observability, allowing us to effectively support, monitor and manage the Vantage systems for our enterprise customers at scale. Understanding how our systems are used is critical to fuel Teradata's product led growth. **Who You'll Work With** You will work with some of the most knowledgeable and passionate Architects and Engineers in the industry who leave, breathe and sleep observability and are intimately familiar with the instrumentation data we collect, but also how we can leverage it to make our support staff, engineers and customers lives easier. Sales roles will be eligible for commission payments tied to quota achievement. All other permanent roles will be eligible for one of our annual incentive plans, which are based on company financial attainment and individual performance.
